What Does Our Gas Fireplace Service Include?
Our one-time service call is a thorough inspection and tune-up designed to restore your fireplace’s performance and ensure safer operation.
During this call, we’ll:
- Clean the burners (and ensure proper operation)
- Inspect the pilot assembly
- Check on your thermocouples, igniters, and sensors
- Check gas line for leaks and seals for integrity
- Replace batteries in remotes/receivers
- Clean and position logs
- Refresh embers and firebox
- Test gas pressure with a monometer gauge
- Clean glass, if applicable
- Maintain any manufacture warranty
PLEASE do not burn for 24 hours prior to the service (our techs thank you in advance), and keep a 7×7 ft. area clear around the fireplace.
