Our one-time service call is a thorough inspection and tune-up designed to restore your fireplace’s performance and ensure safer operation. During this call, we’ll:
- clean burners (and ensure proper operation)
- inspect the pilot assembly
- check on your thermocouples, igniters, and sensors
- check gas line for leaks and seals for integrity
- replace batteries in remotes/receivers
- clean and position logs
- refresh embers and firebox
- test gas pressure with a monometer gauge
- clean glass, if applicable
- maintain’s any manufacture warranty
If parts need replacing, we’ll provide a quote – a return trip fee applies if installation requires parts not stocked on our trucks.
You can expect these appointment to last about 1.5 hours.
PLEASE do not burn for 24 hours prior to the service (our technicans thank you in advance), and keep a 7×7 ft. area clear around the fireplace.
