Preparing for Your Appointment
🔥 Please Do Not Burn Your Fireplace
PLEASE DO NOT BURN your fireplace for at least 48 hours before any inspection, cleaning, diagnostic, or fireplace service.
The fireplace and surrounding components must be completely cool before our team can safely perform the scheduled work.
👤 Please Plan to Be Present
An adult must be present and available for the entire appointment. Please plan accordingly.
🏠 Clear the Area Around Your Fireplace
For appointments involving an interior fireplace, please have approximately a 7′ × 7′ area cleared around the fireplace prior to our arrival.
Please remove furniture, decorations, fireplace accessories, and other personal items that may interfere with the work area.
🐾 Children & Pets
For everyone’s safety, we ask that children and pets be kept out of the areas where our team will be working throughout the appointment.
Payment for Paid Services
For booked paid services, including inspections, fireplace services, and gas diagnostics, payment is due at the time of service.
