Being transparent with him, I was having another company come out to give a quote the following day, he was confident in Smalling being who we ended going with. He was right. The next day the other company came out and quoted me twice the price WITHOUT GETTING ON THE ROOF! Instantly I knew why Roger was so confident and accepted the quote he proposed. They were quick to respond to my initial request for an inspection/quote, gave me a clear and honest explanation of what they believed the issues were and how to best address them and then quickly got out and got the job done. They left zero mess on the job site and my tenant was happy, she indicated they were respectful and friendly with her.
